What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

STARS will contact the applicant and discuss the details of the position.

2. First Interview

A convenient time will be arranged for a face to face interview with an owner of STARS to continue a dialogue about your qualifications and experience.

3. Offer/Contract

The applicant will be notified if STARS is extending an offer for future employment or contract.

4. Orientation

STARS will provide a detailed orientation about the position they are being hired for and offer on-going support so we can fulfill STARS mission as a team.
