As a team working together, Kristie Pekar-Rohrer, M.Ed., believes that we can help all children reach for the stars.
Kristie is a resident of Greene County, and co-founder of Specialized Therapy and Related Services (STARS). Kristie possesses a Master’s Degree in Education and is dual certified to teach Special and Elementary Education. She has been working in the field of Early Intervention for more than 18 years. She has provided specialized instruction services to hundreds of families throughout Greene County. In addition, Kristie was the program director of an Early Intervention program in Fayette and Greene Counties, and successfully managed its daily operations, while supervising a team consisting of special instruction teachers and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Kristie continues to participate in continuing education courses to stay on top of best practices in the field. Kristie is passionate about Early Intervention and being able to provide valuable services to young children and their families.
